Grievance and Complaint Procedures

Fairfield ISD values open communication and believes most concerns can be resolved through respectful, informal dialogue at the campus or department level. Individuals are encouraged to address concerns as early as possible so that solutions can be reached quickly and at the lowest administrative level.

If a concern cannot be resolved informally, Fairfield ISD provides formal grievance procedures outlined below.
