Complaint & Grievance Procedures

 

Fairfield ISD values open communication and believes most concerns can often be resolved through respectful, informal communication at the campus or department level. Individuals are encouraged to address concerns as early as possible so solutions can be reached quickly and at the lowest administrative level.

If a concern cannot be resolved informally, Fairfield ISD provides formal grievance and complaint procedures outlined in the Board policies below.

Submitting a Grievance Form

Grievance forms may be submitted online or by completing the PDF form and submitting it using one of the methods below.

  • Hand deliver to the campus administrator.

  • Hand deliver to Central Administration building located at:
