Transcripts & Verification of Enrollment (VOE)
Fairfield ISD provides several options for current and former students to request official transcripts and Verification of Enrollment (VOE) records.
Current Students – Transcripts
Current Fairfield High School students may choose from the following transcript options.
FREE | Electronic Transcript to Texas Public Colleges & Universities
Fairfield High School can send an official transcript electronically to a Texas public college or university at no charge through the Texas Records Exchange (TREx).
Students do not create a TREx account or submit the transcript themselves. To use this option, contact Fairfield High School and provide the name of the Texas public college or university that should receive the transcript. FHS staff will send the transcript electronically through TREx. Tracking is not available through TREx.
FREE | Paper Transcript
Current students may request a printed official transcript for pickup or mailing at no charge.
There is no set limit on the number of paper transcripts a current student may request. This option is available through August 1 of the student's graduation year.

$8 | Parchment Digital Transcript
Parchment is an optional online service for students who would like to order and track an official digital transcript.
Students create their own free Parchment account, place the order online, select where the transcript should be delivered, and pay the $8 transcript fee.
Parchment allows the student and Fairfield High School to track the status and delivery of the transcript.
Current students are not required to use Parchment. Free TREx and paper transcript options remain available as described above.

Former Students – Transcripts
Former Fairfield ISD students may request official transcripts online through Parchment.
$15 | Former Student Transcript
Former students create a Parchment account, submit their request, select the recipient, and pay the $15 transcript fee online.
ORDER A FORMER STUDENT TRANSCRIPT
Verification of Enrollment (VOE)
Current students have two options for obtaining a Verification of Enrollment.
FREE | Paper VOE
Current students may request a paper Verification of Enrollment from Fairfield High School at no charge.
$15.75 | Digital VOE through Parchment
Students who prefer an online digital option may order a VOE through Parchment for $15.75.

Third-Party Requests
$45 | Transcript or Verification Request
Employers, background screening companies, credential verification services, and other authorized third parties may request transcripts or verifications digitally through Parchment.
The fee for a third-party transcript or verification request is $45.
SUBMIT A THIRD-PARTY REQUEST THROUGH PARCHMENT
Identification Requirements
Students and former students who are 18 years of age or older must provide a valid government-issued photo ID when requesting records.
Parchment Order Confirmation
Once a Parchment request has been processed, the requester will receive an automated email confirmation.
